"This album was recorded in a couple of different sessions...what was eventually released on here (about 3-4 years after it was recorded) were from the (John) Cale sessions. There are other versions produced by Alan Mason. Then there's that Jonathan Richman rerecorded many of the tracks with a different band and released it under the name Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers around 1977"
